(www.imdb.com/title/tt0375911) Guys & Balls is a great movie. German with English subtitles. The plot is not new (come out, lose old friends, find place in the world, and get revenge) but is well done. The men on the gay soccer team are a great representation of different “types” from femme to leather to “straight acting.” I was a little disappointed that not everyone on the team had a part in the plot beyond the practice & game scenes, but eleven plot lines would be unwieldy to film.

There were parts of the movie that had us laughing riotously. For instance: “The gods have it out for us.” Says one character. “No, the gods have it out for fat horny little boys.” Says one of his partners.

This was a movie worth seeing...may even buy a copy later.
