Have we discussed Ugly Betty here yet? I havnt checked in in a while. I LOVE that show. I think the "very-possibly gay" nephew is great. He comes across very well adjusted, and sure of his interests and desires and is loved and respected, especially by his grandfather.
I laugh so hard at this show. I gave up on Desp Housewives, as too over the top. This show has a heart and while melodramatic, never unbelievable.

you can also watch it online at dynamic.abc.go.com/streaming/landing.
saves me room on my tivo for shows that are not available online.
i find the nephew to be absolutely adorable! I also think that the male assistant is great. i love campy bitchy attitude and he's got it in spades. did anyone else see the cameo from noah's arc hottie as the waiter at the hotel restaurant? -

Wed, December 6, 2006 - 1:09 PMI'm a big fan - and I'm glad to see it's online, because Thursday is a rough day for me to get home on time & I've missed half the episodes. I"m pre-Tivo here.
I think this is the first gay-positive tv show that I've actually liked. I hope that Salma Hayek gets lots of love from GLAAD next time they start passing out awards.

Tue, January 23, 2007 - 6:34 PMHm. What's the issue with the name. I've read about it and as I recall, it is purposefully ironic because Betty isn't ugly at all, she just isn't the skinny "beauty" that is held up as the ideal in modern society.
