Associate Development Director, Individual Giving

Outfest seeks an Associate Development Director, Individual Giving to oversee the organization’s thriving Membership program with a particular emphasis on cultivating and soliciting major donors ($1,350 and above). The position provides leadership and direction to increase annual fundraising through personal solicitation, direct mail and annual events, growing and upgrading the donor base and continuing to build a prospect pipeline for major gift cultivation. The Associate Development Director for Individual Giving works closely with Outfest’s 23-member Board of Directors and Executive Director.
Qualified candidates will have significant proven experience in major gift solicitation, knowledge and experience in prospect research and cultivation and the ability to be both engaging and professional when making presentations at events and face-to-face meetings. Salary DOE.
